Salary Range

6,000 - 13,000 RMB/month

Job Responsibilities

• Focus on high-success-rate sample production management (NPI Management) for product prototyping and mass production.

• Support stable and low-risk process capabilities (Process Management/Equipment Management).

• Develop advanced automation solutions (Automation Management).

• Introduce forward-thinking and innovative technologies and promote lean production management.

Qualifications

• Preferred majors: Mechanical Design and Automation, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Industrial Engineering, or other STEM fields.

• Candidates with relevant internship experience are preferred.

• Strong learning ability, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills.

• Passionate about the manufacturing industry; those with career plans focused on manufacturing are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Dedicated to designing products that meet customer needs and promoting the mass production of new products, including but not limited to electronic/mechanical/optical design, design and engineering changes for productization, development of new processes, defect analysis and improvement, evaluation testing of new products, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Preferred majors: Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor, Materials, Automation, Optics, Chemistry, or related fields.

• Candidates with relevant internship experience are preferred.
