On July 4, 2025, the launch ceremony for K&D Technology's supply chain integration project was successfully convened at its Shenzhen headquarters. This event marks the official commencement of a new phase in K&D Technology's digital supply chain transformation. The project aims to establish an integrated supply chain management system, thereby enhancing end-to-end supply chain management capabilities.

1. The launch ceremony finalized the project plan, which involves the systematic development of an integrated supply chain planning system. It focuses on three core pathways: centering on customer demand to fully integrate business flows across production, supply, and sales; optimizing the alignment between organizational structure and system functionality to ensure effective implementation; and leveraging digital and intelligent technologies to build a collaborative end-to-end supply chain management system. This system is designed to deliver three core values: strategic synergy, breaking down business silos, and elevating operational efficiency. It will drive the transformation of K&D Technology's Shenzhen supply chain from functionally segmented operations to fully integrated processes, and from experience-driven to data-driven decision-making, ultimately establishing a new digital-intelligent supply chain paradigm for the company.

2. To ensure the project's success, a Decision Committee, a Project Steering Committee, and three dedicated management groups (Project, Business, and Technical) will be established.

3. Addressing the four core risk areas—data, personnel, requirements, and resources—the project team has developed a full-cycle risk prevention and control system.
