In January 2025, Bengbu K&D Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully rated as a national-level green factory due to its outstanding performance in the green and low-carbon field. This national honor not only represents high recognition of the company's long-term adherence to sustainable development principles and active practice of green manufacturing but also signifies that the company has entered the forefront nationwide in the field of green manufacturing, becoming an industry benchmark.
In 2024, Bengbu K&D Technology Co., Ltd. continued to exert efforts on the path of green and low-carbon development, implementing a series of effective environmental technology transformation measures and achieving remarkable results. The company made full use of the factory building's exterior walls and rooftop spaces to construct a photovoltaic power station with a scale of 3.953 MW. This power station generated a cumulative total of 2.6359 million kWh throughout 2024, equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 1,503.25 tons, saving 993.72 tons of standard coal, and being equivalent to planting 132,823.8 trees, while also reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by 73.79 tons, demonstrating significant environmental benefits.
To further increase the proportion of clean energy usage and optimize the energy structure, the company actively procured 1.148 million kWh of green electricity in 2024, comprehensively elevating the share of green energy and contributing to the realization of the "dual carbon" goals.

Greening of Production Processes: The company continues to increase R&D investments, actively introducing advanced energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies and equipment, and conducting comprehensive upgrades and transformations of traditional production processes. By optimizing production layouts, it significantly improves energy utilization efficiency and effectively reduces energy consumption per unit product and pollutant emissions. After the implementation of the energy-saving transformation for the high-efficiency air conditioning machine room system, it saved 1.7262 million kWh of electricity throughout 2024.
Circular Resource Utilization: The company has established a comprehensive circular economy system, classifying, recycling, deeply processing, and reusing waste generated in the production process to achieve maximum resource utilization and reduce dependence on natural resources. Through circular utilization, it saves approximately 230 tons annually.
Greening of Supply Chain Management: The company actively promotes green supply chain management, starting from the source of raw material procurement by prioritizing environmentally friendly suppliers to ensure that procured raw materials meet green standards. At the same time, it strengthens collaborative cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises to jointly drive the green development of the entire industrial chain.
Being rated as a national-level green factory this time is an important milestone in the green development journey of Bengbu K&D Technology Co., Ltd.
