Production Supervisor

Salary Range

9,000 - 14,000 RMB/month


Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and arrange backlight production schedules.

  • Track workshop production progress and monitor process quality management.

  • Improve production efficiency, optimize manpower to reduce labor costs, and promote lean production in the workshop.

  • Guide manufacturing process improvements, provide feedback on errors in technical documents, and propose and discuss process enhancement suggestions.

  • Promote workshop informatization, automation, and refined management, and provide coaching to junior management staff.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree or above, with at least 3 years of backlight production management experience in the LCM industry.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Planning Specialist

Salary Range

8,000 - 11,000 RMB/month


Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain close communication with the sales department, develop reasonable production plans based on the company's production capacity and inventory status.

  • Ensure the feasibility of production plans by considering resources such as production equipment and manpower. Address capacity shortages by coordinating with relevant departments for solutions like overtime arrangements, additional equipment, or outsourcing.

  • Monitor production progress in real time through production reports and on-site inspections, identify issues like equipment failures, material shortages, or quality problems, and take appropriate corrective actions.

  • Adjust production plans promptly based on actual production conditions and changes in customer demand to ensure alignment between production and sales.

  • Regularly collect, organize, and analyze production data, such as output, efficiency, and quality metrics, to support production decision-making.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree or above.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  •  trong logical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to analyze and organize data.

Electronics Engineer

Salary Range

12,000 - 20,000 RMB/month


Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the feasibility of product combinations.

  • Assess technical parameters and specifications of products.

  • Design circuit schematics and layouts.

  • Upload relevant documents to the system according to the development process.

  • Perform display and TP electrical testing, debug, and output programming for products.

  • Measure and validate electrical performance data of products.

  • Provide support for customer platform display data output and technical assistance.

  • Analyze issues and provide technical support during in-house and customer sample production and trial production.

  • Analyze and provide technical support for reliability verification issues in-house and at customer sites.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in module electronics design.

  • Proficient in using ORCAD for schematics, PADS for layout design, and Protel99 for schematics.

  • Capable of using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering irons for sample debugging.

  • Familiar with C language, and experienced in debugging test programs on platforms like ARM and FPGA.

  • Knowledgeable in analog and digital circuit design.

NPI Engineer

Salary Range

9,000 - 14,000 RMB/month


Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new product development, communicate project information with PM/RD in the early stages, and provide suggestions based on process capabilities.

  • Follow up on trial production progress, take responsibility for trial production delivery timelines and quality, and drive defect analysis and improvement actions.

  • Collect issues during trial production and promote horizontal deployment for common problems, incorporating them into design standards.

  • Prepare system documents for each stage of new product development, and evaluate and promote the introduction of fixtures and tools.

  • Lead trial production summary meetings after trial production completion, compile trial production summary reports, and monitor the implementation of action items discussed, continuously driving design and process optimization.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree or above, with at least 2 years of NPI experience in the LCM module industry; familiar with LCM product structure and working principles.

  • Familiar with LCM process flow and key process control points, and understand the basic working principles of related equipment.

  • Proficient in LCD/LCM/TPM defect analysis, and capable of writing analysis improvement reports and 8D reports.

  • Proficient in new product development processes and drafting relevant documents for each stage (manufacturing feasibility assessment reports, PFMEA, control plans, process flow charts, SOPs, proposal reports, etc.).

  • Familiar with LCM design principles and control points; experience in backlight design or new product development evaluation is preferred. Familiar with CAD and office software, knowledgeable in PDCA and ISO9001, with strong coordination and communication skills.

Sales Manager

Salary Range

14,000 - 20,000 RMB/month

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop OEM/ODM business with panel manufacturers.

  • Maintain stable relationships with existing clients, secure project opportunities to obtain comprehensive orders, and develop new clients.

  • Follow up on order fulfillment, payment collection, and shipment tracking.

  • Provide market-driven suggestions for product strategy development based on market conditions.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Full-time associate degree or above, with at least 3 years of sales experience in the industry.

  • Familiar with end clients; preference given to candidates with resources from well-known domestic end clients.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and internal collaboration skills, with strong career ambition, proactive spirit, and dedication.

  • Preference given to candidates with extensive customer resources.
